How Does First Support Team Work?

The First Support Team is here to provide you and your website visitors with technical support. We have a three layer support system.


First Layer Support Team

The First Layer Support Team is responsible for receiving requests. This team receives requests and can provide some technical advice within technologies that we work with. It can check your website status, and provide some general support to your website visitors. All requests should be initiated via your special Request Form at the FirstSupportTeam website. All communication is going via emails. Usually, the First Layer Support Team responds within 10 minutes to 3 hours during normal business hours. The response time can be longer due to demand of requests or complexity of tasks.

This service is very helpful when you need fast advice without a deep technical investigation or development.

In order to provide your clients with deep technical or customer service support you will need to have a Pro plan or a Corp subscription plan.

Second Layer Support Team

After receiving a support request the First Layer Support Team reviews it. If this request needs advice or there is a fast and easy solution, the First Layer Support Team can assist with it.

If the request needs special work or fixes on the website front-end or backend, this request will be transferred to the Second Layer Support Team. This is a special team of developers that is focused on web updates, plugins, SSL settings, CSS, javascript, HTML technologies, WordPress, Big Commerce, Shopify. Usually, the Second Layer Support Team can make middle level fixes or changes within 4 hours to 48 hours. The time can vary due to demand of requests or complexity of tasks.

The Second Layer Support will provide you with an estimate or get your approval to work on a time log manner before working on your task.


Third Layer Support Team

If the request needs special work of expert level technicians on the website front-end, backend or the database, this request will be transferred to the Third Layer Support Team. This is a special team of expert level developers that is focused on more advanced requests or more complex development. This work can include web updates, plugins, SSL settings, CSS, javascript, HTML as well, as PHP, Laravel, Yii, Yii2, Vue, Nuxt, Bootstrap, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Firebase, MongoDB technologies and API integrations. The time can vary due to demand of requests or complexity of tasks.

The Third Layer Support will provide you with an estimate or get your approval to work on a time log manner before working on your task.
